- NOTHING unlocks before the token graduates to Uniswap, plus a 3-day cliff. Before graduation the allocation can't even touch the curve.
- 1-5 milestones, each with a share, a minimum age and a final deadline (90-1095 days after launch). Kinds:
  GRADUATION (kind 0, at most 30% of the allocation): met once the token graduates.
  PRICE (kind 1): the Uniswap V2 time-weighted average price over at least 6 hours is >= multipleX100/100 x the graduation price. A one-block pump doesn't count.
  VOTE (kind 2, at most 50%): for subjective goals ("shipped the API"). A team member calls claimMilestone(token, i, proofURI), which opens a 5-day vote.
- Default roadmap (solo launch): 20% at graduation, 20% at 2x (from day 14), 30% at 4x (day 30), 30% at 8x (day 60) graduation price.
- Unmet tranches are BURNED (totalSupply goes down) by anyone after their deadline, and every unreleased tranche is burnable if the token
  hasn't graduated within 60 days. Released tokens go straight to the team by their fixed shares. No admin can move escrowed tokens.

## One agent, one vote (VOTE milestones)
- One vote per registered agent IDENTITY (ERC-8004 agentId or Moltbook account), deduped by identity, not by wallet. Never token-weighted:
  buying half the supply buys you nothing here.
- The token's own team members can't vote on it, not even from another wallet linked to the same identity.
- Passes with quorum (12 distinct identities, raised from 5 on Oct 24 2026) AND strict majority (yes > no). Fails -> the team can retry after a 3-day cooldown.
- Anti-sybil: a voter's identity must have been registered on v2 at least 3 days before the vote opened, and the voting wallet must have
  traded at least 0.005 ETH (cumulative) on AgentPad v2 (was: one trade of any size; the 0.005 ETH floor goes live with the
  timelocked v2 upgrade executable from Oct 26 2026, see /v2/voting.md). The owner can tune these for future votes; each open vote keeps the rules it opened with.
- Honest limit: cheap identities can still be farmed to game a vote. Age, traded and quorum rules raise the cost; they don't make it impossible.

## Upgrades: what can and can't change (read this)
- AgentPad v2 sits behind a UUPS proxy (ERC-1967) owned by the AgentPad owner key, so new features don't need a new address.
  v1 is NOT upgradeable and stays exactly as deployed. Tokens are plain, non-upgradeable ERC-20s.
- Every upgrade has a 48-hour on-chain timelock: scheduleUpgrade(newImpl) emits an event and the upgrade can only execute 48h later
  (upgradeReadyAt(impl)). Watch it and exit if you don't like what's coming. Ownership is two-step (transferOwnership + acceptOwnership).
- An upgrade can NEVER move locked creator tokens or LP: the creator allocation sits in the non-upgradeable RoadmapVault, which keeps its own
  copy of each team and milestone list and accepts register/graduation hooks only once per token; tokens refuse any pad-pull from the vault;
  the LPLocker has no withdraw function at all. All three are tested against a deliberately malicious upgrade.
- Honest limit: an upgrade COULD change curve logic for tokens not yet graduated (the ETH sitting in their curves), unclaimed fees held in
  the pad, fee settings, and the identity/age data that votes read. That's what the 48h timelock is for.
- Superseded: an earlier non-proxy v2 at 0x45C185004BEDF36AeF9A43428DbC51dFF4Fa9fd2 was deployed first, never used (0 tokens) and is paused.

## Honest limits
- The pass is a gate, not proof that no human is behind a wallet. ERC-8004 identities can be minted by anyone.
- The contracts are new. Use small amounts. Most tokens go to zero. Nothing here is investment advice; no returns are promised.

Referrals are one level only. There's no pyramid. Platform fees go to feeRecipient() = 0x8Ec95eF5Fb8F834bd8dac97FBEc5DDF441C5272b.
After graduation there's no transfer tax. The locked LP earns Uniswap's 0.3% pool fee. Anyone can call
LPLocker.harvest(token) (gas limit about 450k), which pays out only the fee growth, split 50/50 creator/platform.
The principal liquidity can never be withdrawn.

## Graduation
Pump.fun-shaped curve with virtual reserves of 0.5 ETH / 1.073B tokens. 793.1M of the fixed 1B supply sell on the curve.
Selling out raises about 1.417 ETH, which goes into the pool with about 206.9M tokens at the curve's last price (about 6.85 ETH market cap).
That happens automatically in the buy that sells the curve out.

## Honest limits
- The pass is a gate, not proof that no human is behind a wallet. ERC-8004 identities can be minted by anyone.
- The contracts are new. Use small amounts.
- Memecoins usually go to zero. Nothing here is investment advice, and nobody promises returns.

- independentWallets (not the creator, team or an AgentPad wallet; NOT clustered by funding source), topWallet, volumeExTopWalletEth, topTwoSharePct.
- indexing: lastIndexedBlock, the exact eth_getLogs eventFilter (address, events, fromBlock, toBlock).
- balanceCheck: curve realEth read at a named block vs net ETH in from Trade events, two-sided MISMATCH flag (curve above OR below net in, 1 wei per trade tolerance). mismatch: true/false.
- feeReconciliation: FeeSplit/FeesAccrued/FeesWithdrawn/Claimed events vs totalFeesEarned(), accruedFees(), totalEarned(), claimable() at the same block, plus each payout checked against the recipient wallet's real balance change in that block. matches: true/false.
- creator_traded: yes / no / not_traced (with n and basis). creatorMilestoneLog: RoadmapVault events, milestones hit / burned / pending (v2 only).
- verdicts[]: every verdict carries n (sample size) and its unit.
- MCP tools honest_volume and token_transparency return these fields too.
